The purpose of this blog is for me to be able to write about my life situations involving my kids, quilts and allergies. I have for so long felt isolated by the unique situations thrown my way but I will no longer accept that. I don't care how unique my situation is, it is happening to me and for that reason alone is enough to write. But I believe there are many people out there who are like me and would benefit from or find some comfort in reading bits and pieces of my story.

I must say watching the movie Julie & Julia also inspired me.

I also want to record the actual things I am going through as I tend to forget at times.
